To increase the performance of the ECODRY® M piston vacuum pumps, a frequency converter integrated within the motor has been provided Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum is now offering this universal voltage/frequency feature for the entire ECODRY® M line (ECODRY® M 15, M 20 and M 30).
