Pilot Plant Fabrication
| In addition to designing pilot plants or commercial facilities based on conventional chemistry, Chemtech provides customized fabrications based on client designs and technology. For example, under Agreement with Kayser Technology, Inc., Chemtech manufactures the process modules of ACE laboratory pilot plants which utilize the "Advanced Cracking Evaluation (ACE) Technology �" patented by Kayser. The ACE Products have a dominant market position in the petroleum and catalyst industries in support of the fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) process. ACE units incorporate a patented fluidized bed reactor design that emulates yield performance of the FCC process but on a very small scale. ACE Products are available from Kayser Technology, Inc. |
